Job Summary
Monitor Electronic Security Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems while patrolling the residential community via golf cart or marked vehicle. Greet residents and guests using corporate protocol, then control building access and respond to emergency situations promptly. Maintain a safe environment by following safety procedures, accurately logging daily records, and navigating the property to meet job functions. Work full-time shifts including mornings, evenings, and graveyard, with weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid Security D License
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building/property as required to meet the job functions
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
- Computer literacy: Command of information system hardware/software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on building requirements
