Job Summary
Respond to potential security threats immediately to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Manage and document safety incidents to ensure all hazards are identified and resolved. Lead emergency preparedness drills to ensure the entire team is ready for any crisis. Support visitors and staff with clear information and assistance to promote a secure campus. Patrol campus grounds to enforce safety protocols and ensure accessible parking for all. This role requires a drivers license and BLS provider certification preferred. Full-time day shift position at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Provider preferred
- Security Guard preferred
