Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols in residential common areas, entrances, parking zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries per site procedures. Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while responding to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with a calm, professional approach. Coordinate with emergency responders as needed and prepare accurate reports on observed conditions and policy concerns for leadership. Work part-time day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Boca Raton, FL, with a background investigation and drug screen required prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of corrections, law enforcement, military experience and/or degree in criminal justice
- armed guard card
- at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- subject to a background investigation
- subject to a drug screen
- valid driver's license
