Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned residential community areas and perimeters while remaining visible to deter security incidents. Respond to routine concerns and critical situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills. Provide customer service by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Maintain a valid driver's license to operate an armed patrol vehicle during day shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Complete industry-specific security training and undergo background investigations and drug screens as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience
- An armed guard card and/or license
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
