Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, parking, and perimeter locations, to deter security incidents and report unusual conditions. Respond to alarms, critical situations, and access control issues while verifying credentials and documenting events accurately. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Maintain a professional presence by communicating with personnel and first responders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only
- Be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred
