Job Summary
Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs. Maintain a valid driver's license if driving is required for the specific site. This role serves clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license
