Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine and random patrols around the location and perimeter, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Maintain visibility to help reduce security-related incidents while supporting a caring, team-driven culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. This armed patrol role is located at an education center in Birdsboro, PA, requiring Pennsylvania Act 235 qualification and a background investigation. Applicants must be at least 21 years old with verifiable security experience.
Required Qualifications
- Act 235 Qualification in Pennsylvania only
- At least 21 years of age
- 1+ years of verifiable security experience or the equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using computer or tablet
- Customer service experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Valid driver's license
