Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas and perimeters at a financial institution location, remaining visible to deter security-related incidents. Respond to alarms, critical situations, and incidents by documenting observations and communicating with management or local authorities. Conduct regular and random patrols to identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security concerns. Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors while following site-specific procedures and access protocols. Support assigned armed post duties in accordance with site policies, verifying authorized access and reporting maintenance or life protection issues. Shift runs from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $28.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
