Security Officer Armed Response

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with visitor directions. Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and responding personnel. This part-time role in Hyde Park, MA, includes a six-month fixed-shift commitment with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Claim-A-Shift program. Applicants must hold a concealed carry weapons permit, possess at least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience, and be at least 21 years old. Pay is $25.00 per hour.
