Security Officer Armed Patrol Site Protection

Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking, access points, and perimeters to deter trespassing, theft, and vandalism. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations by documenting observations and actions per site procedures while providing customer service to occupants and visitors. Monitor access to report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible, professional presence to support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Work part-time day shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Lynwood, CA.
