Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving/loading zones, parking lots, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations while maintaining a visible presence to safeguard clients in retail, mall, and other industries. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns and documenting incidents per site procedures. Provide customer service to clients, store associates, and the public while representing company values. Maintain a professional presence when interacting with law enforcement and emergency responders. Requires Level III Armed Certification in Texas, valid driver's license, and minimum 5 years armed security experience. Part-time schedule includes Tuesday through Thursday shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
