Job Summary
Monitor assigned residential areas, conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to resident concerns and critical situations while escalating matters per site procedures. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Monitor access points, report suspicious conditions, and maintain accurate incident and patrol documentation. Work part-time shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Possess an armed guard card or license and be at least 21 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
