Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and check visitor credentials while maintaining accurate records. Conduct regular patrols of residential grounds, amenities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while following established reporting procedures. Work part-time shifts with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience
- Criminal justice degree
- Valid driver's license
- Armed guard card
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements met per state and/or local laws
