Security Officer Armed Part Time Patrol

Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain accurate records while conducting regular patrols of residential grounds, amenities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities. Communicate clearly with residents, management, and emergency responders while following established reporting procedures. This driving role requires a valid driver's license, armed guard card, and at least two years of law enforcement or military experience. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
