Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout retail locations including sales areas, entrances, parking zones, and perimeters. Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events by notifying personnel and completing required documentation. Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, employees, and visitors while monitoring access points and reporting unusual conditions or hazards. Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity, theft, and policy violations in accordance with site-specific policies and laws.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ Years of Age
- Active Armed Guard Card/License (Texas only)
- Valid Driver's License
- 3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Corrections/Military OR 5+ Years Armed Security Experience
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
