Security Officer - Armed Part Time

Conduct unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and monitor visitor, employee, and vehicle access points. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying site contacts and emergency services, while providing customer service to visitors, employees, and the public. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific policies. Perform these duties at a government location in Springfield, IL, with a fixed six-month anchor shift commitment and the option to claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Requires an armed guard card, one year of security experience, and a valid driver's license.
