Job Summary
Patrol entry ways and exits, maintain a visible presence to deter suspicious activity, and assist staff and visitors professionally. Respond promptly to incidents and disturbances while ensuring safety protocols are followed, and monitor surveillance systems with regular checks on property security. Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and security concerns, and collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary. Provide customer service by carrying out safety procedures and emergency response activities. Full-time shift at $19.00 per hour in Franklin, LA. Current armed license required; two years of security experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE CURRENT ARMED LICENSE OR ARMED WITHIN THE PAST YEAR
- 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
- ABLE TO STAND/WALK FOR EXTENDED PERIODS (as needed)
- ABILITY TO WORK OUTDOORS IN THE ELEMENTS
- MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- 2 YEARS OF SECURITY EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
