Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around business and perimeter sites. Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs. Maintain a valid driver's license for driving positions. This role safeguards clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Armed officers must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background investigation and drug screen. Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ Years of Age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
