Security Officer Armed - Hospital Access

Conduct routine armed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while monitoring access points and assisting with visitor procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances in a professional manner, documenting all activity in accurate incident reports. Carry authorized equipment in accordance with laws and site policies, reporting suspicious behavior or hazards to leadership. This role requires a valid driver's license, an armed guard card, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass a background investigation and drug screen. The position involves a day shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
