Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution location, remaining visible to deter incidents while supporting a professional atmosphere. Respond to alarms, critical situations, and unauthorized activity by documenting observations and communicating with site contacts or first responders. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, offices, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions. Maintain assigned armed post responsibilities in accordance with Allied Universal standards, verifying credentials, reporting suspicious behavior, and handling emergency response activities as needed. This role supports a caring, team-focused culture built on agility, reliability, and integrity within Allied Universal's security services.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a concealed carry weapons permit
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred
