Job Summary
Conduct regular armed patrols throughout retail locations, including sales areas, parking lots, and perimeters, while monitoring access points and responding to incidents or critical situations. Provide customer service and emergency response activities per site-specific policies, maintaining documentation such as patrol logs and incident reports. Operate as a part-time patrol driver with a fixed six-month anchor shift commitment, supplemented by optional claim-a-shift opportunities to increase earnings. Requires Level III Armed Certification in Texas, a valid driver's license, and three years of law enforcement or five years of armed security experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
