Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of parking areas, ramps, entrances, exits, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity while providing customer service at an automotive facility. Respond to incidents, vehicle access concerns, customer disputes, and critical situations using a calm, problem-solving approach. Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations, maintaining accurate incident reports and patrol logs per site procedures. Shifts run Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a pay rate of $24.41 per hour. Applicants must hold a valid armed guard card, a driver's license, and be at least 21 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
