Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of parking areas, ramps, entrances, exits, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining a visible presence. Respond to incidents, vehicle access concerns, customer disputes, and critical situations using problem-solving skills. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Monitor access points, observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations. Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and documentation in accordance with site procedures. Work part-time shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays in Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
