Security Officer Armed CPO Patrol

Conduct armed vehicle and foot patrols of residential community entrances, roadways, parking areas, amenities, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, resident concerns, and critical situations by following established protocols and reporting requirements. Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while monitoring access points and verifying visitor authorization. Prepare clear reports of patrol observations and unusual activities for supervisors and local authorities. Requires CPO certification, armed guard license, valid driver's license, and at least two years of correction, law enforcement, or military experience.
