Job Summary
Conduct safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities while providing customer service to clients in commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and perform regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeters. Maintain a valid driver's license for driving positions and complete industry-specific security and safety training programs. Background investigations and drug screens are required as conditions of employment. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license
