Security Officer

Provide security detail at Southdale Center with duties including controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting personnel and materials, inspecting security and fire exposures, and completing required reports. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service; coordinate with customers, law enforcement, and fire departments; stay informed on post orders and emergency procedures; monitor cameras and operate life-safety systems; ensure safe operation of elevators and access doors; adapt to varying post assignments and ADA accommodations as needed. Strong vigilance, teamwork, and clear communication are essential, along with the ability to respond to incidents and follow policies and procedures as directed by the client and Andrew Frain Services.
