Job Summary
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel and convention center environment. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, meeting spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe onsite activity, and document incidents, disturbances, and maintenance-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal standards. Support hotel operations by providing directions, assisting with crowd flow during events, and communicating clearly with guests, staff, and first responders. This six-month anchor shift commitment includes a fixed 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM schedule in Tucson, AZ, with an option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. A high school diploma and one year of security experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift
- Background investigation
- Drug screen
