Job Summary
Provide security and protection for guests, staff, and physical assets at Palisades Tahoe by patrolling the resort, remaining visible and accessible, monitoring for criminal activity and policy violations, checking doors and windows, transporting staff as needed, logging incidents, and responding to alarms. Maintain the Daily Log and coordinate with Risk/Safety Manager, fire department, and law enforcement as required. Prioritize a safe environment 24 hours a day, demonstrate strong customer service, observe and report hazards, and follow security policies and procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and be at least 21 years old. Preferred qualifications include a California BSIS security license and basic CPR/AED/First Aid training, plus minimum security experience. Required Qualifications
