Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, parking, entrances, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and supporting entry procedures at a healthcare location in Durham, NC. Work a part-time day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a $20.46 hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
