Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at financial institutions. Respond to alarms and critical situations by notifying personnel, documenting observations, and supporting access control activities. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while verifying authorized entry and ensuring awareness in lobby and restricted zones. Prepare accurate reports and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- A guard card or license
- A state, county, or city-issued security license
- Experience with access control and badge systems
- Experience with alarm panels
