Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, and maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols. Provide customer service by assisting with access control, visitor management, and credential verification while delivering exceptional service to employees and visitors. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation. Shifts include days from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
