Job Summary
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate the deployment of personnel to incidents and alarms. Conduct regular patrols around retail locations and perimeters while maintaining accurate dispatch logs and incident records. Respond to critical situations calmly, communicating relevant information to supervisors and responding personnel. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Work fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment, supplemented by optional claim-a-shift opportunities to increase earnings. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
