Job Summary
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service calls, and coordinate personnel deployment to alarms and security incidents. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by executing site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, and radio communications in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around retail locations and perimeters as assigned. Respond to critical situations calmly, communicating relevant information to supervisors and responding personnel. This part-time role offers flexible anchor shifts with an option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
