Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including office spaces, entrances, parking zones, and the business perimeter, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations by escalating them according to established procedures while maintaining accurate logs and incident documentation. Verify visitor credentials, report suspicious activity to leadership, and provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors at the aerospace and defense billing operations location.
Required Qualifications
- Active Department of Defense Secret clearance
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Customer service experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
