Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at an aerospace and defense location, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents and control access. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations professionally, escalating issues per established procedures. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify concerns. Verify credentials, maintain accurate logs, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to leadership. Requires an active Department of Defense Secret clearance, state security license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time day shift from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM with a pay rate of $19.36 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Department of Defense Secret clearance
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Customer service experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
