Job Summary
Manage entry points and verify credentials for personnel, visitors, and contractors at a chemical manufacturing location. Monitor access control systems, gates, and alarm notifications while documenting activity and reporting irregularities. Conduct regular patrols of operational areas and the perimeter to deter unauthorized entry and identify conditions requiring attention. Respond to incidents and critical situations following established site procedures and escalation protocols. Provide customer service and support a secure environment for employees and visitors using computer or tablet systems.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Desired Qualifications
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred.
- Lift Up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
