Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain access control, and help deter security-related incidents through a visible, professional presence. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work full-time day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
