Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and manage access control for a chemical and petrochemical facility. Screen visitors, deliveries, and vehicles in accordance with post orders, documenting activity and reporting unusual conditions. Conduct regular patrols around buildings, gates, and perimeters to observe conditions and deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents including alarms, access issues, and evacuations while providing customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors. Work a day shift from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience (C108)
- Valid Driver's License
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located
- Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
