Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and manage access control at a chemical and petrochemical location. Screen visitors, deliveries, and vehicles per post orders, document activity in logs, and report unusual conditions to site leadership. Respond to incidents including alarms, access issues, and evacuations while conducting regular patrols of buildings, gates, and perimeter locations. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities. Work a day shift from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience (C108)
- Valid Driver's License
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located
- Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
