Security Officer Access Operations

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and issue or retrieve access badges. Control entry and exit of vehicles, personnel, and materials as directed, including coordinating with receiving, shipping, and site contacts regarding deliveries and pickups. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
