Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking zones, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while verifying credentials at access control points and reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures, then complete detailed reports and maintain patrol logs to communicate observations to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- X-ray screening experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
