Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking lots, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Verify credentials at access control points, report suspicious activity or policy violations, and respond to alarms and critical situations following site procedures. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while documenting observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in detailed patrol logs and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- X-ray screening experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
