Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify badges and visitor access, and respond to alarm panel activity to maintain a secure environment at food and beverage locations. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and delivery personnel while conducting regular patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the facility perimeter. Document incidents, manage temporary credentials, and communicate clearly to support daily operations. Work a rotating day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
