Job Summary
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and deter unauthorized entry while maintaining accurate arrival and departure records at a commercial real estate location in Lebanon, IN. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by communicating relevant details to property management and emergency responders. Conduct regular patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and assisting with visitor processing and foot traffic direction. Work part-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at a rate of $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
