Job Summary
Conduct access control operations at commercial real estate sites by verifying authorized entry, monitoring credential systems, and maintaining accurate visitor records. Control property access by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, and directing guests. Respond to access alarms and critical incidents while documenting observations and notifying personnel. Perform regular patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Provide professional customer service to tenants, contractors, and employees while ensuring site safety. Work part-time shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a background investigation and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
