Job Summary
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and deter unauthorized entry while maintaining accurate arrival and departure records at a commercial real estate location in Lebanon, IN. Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating details to property management or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by assisting with visitor processing, directing foot traffic, and reporting security-related issues. This part-time role includes a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and offers access to our Claim a Shift platform to build flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
