Security Officer - Access Control

Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of visitor and contractor activity at a high-tech data center. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the interior, exterior, perimeter, access points, and parking areas to identify and report unusual conditions. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by escalating concerns and coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activities, incidents, and access-related events. Work a rotating day shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
