Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify visitor and resident authorization, and conduct routine patrols of community grounds to deter security incidents. Provide customer service to residents, vendors, and guests while maintaining accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation. Respond to critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as required. This part-time role in Spotsylvania, VA, includes evening shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM and requires CPR certification, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
