Job Summary
Monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, including building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter grounds, to deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations for site contacts and leadership. This part-time role in Irvine, CA, includes swing shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and requires a Guard Card or license. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
