Job Summary
Monitor access points and conduct regular patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and exterior grounds to deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations professionally while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors. Prepare accurate reports of patrols and observations, communicating relevant information to site contacts and leadership. This part-time role in Irvine, CA, includes swing shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a preferred Guard Card and background investigation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
